How estate agents can create property Reels faster
A working method for estate agents who need property Reels without a separate edit for every listing.

Reels stall when they are treated as a second job
The listing video, if it exists, was made for a wide player. The Reel is then handed to whoever is least busy, with a note that says “can you make it vertical”. That is why it ships late, or not at all.
Treat the Reel as a format you select when you render, using the same photos, price and logo. The extra work should be a preview of the crop, not a new production.
A structure that fits a Reel
Open on the best single image of the property. Follow with the price and the place, large enough to read at arm’s length. Then the kitchen or the main living space, one more room or the outside space, and the floor plan if it is legible. Stop. A Reel that tours every bedroom loses the people who would have booked.
Sound is optional. On-screen facts are not. Most people will watch with the feed muted until you have earned the unmute.
Let the person with the media press render
A negotiator who did the viewing knows which room matters. They do not need an editing qualification to upload the stills, confirm the details and choose vertical alongside landscape.
Marketing can own the template and the brand so the branch is not designing. That split is how a Reel becomes a habit rather than a favour.
Faster means every instruction, not a prettier one-off
One polished Reel on a flagship house teaches the feed nothing about the rest of the register. A plain, accurate vertical cut on ordinary stock is the habit that compounds.
If the photography is late, the Reel will be late. The video step itself should not be the delay. PropertyCuts is built so that step is minutes of setup and a cloud render.
Make one from the photos you have.
Upload the media, choose a template, and render the cuts you need.

Questions
How long should a property Reel be?
Long enough for the exterior, the price, two or three spaces and a plan if you have one. Shorter is usually better than a full room-by-room tour.
Can we use the portal photos?
Yes. That is the fastest honest source. Check the vertical crop before you render.
