How do I start?: Open the app and create an account. New ReHub accounts include 10 credits and do not ask for a card.
What can I upload?: Property photos, short clips and a floor plan. Listing details and your logo sit on the same project.
Which videos can I make?: Vertical 9:16, square 1:1 and landscape 16:9. You can render one, two, or all three from the project.
When are credits used?: When you render. One format is 10 credits, two are 16, and all three are 24.
Where do I get help with the account?: Credits, billing and the wider ReHub account are handled in ReHub. Use the contact link if something is stuck.
