Marketing teams
One video style across offices, listings and campaigns.
A marketing team does not need every negotiator to become an editor. It needs a way for video to come out looking like the brand, in the formats each channel expects.
Consistency is the actual brief
The failure mode is not “no video”. It is twelve videos that look like twelve different companies. Templates, saved logos and shared listing fields keep the next cut in the same family as the last one.
PropertyCuts is deliberately narrower than a general editor. That narrowness is what makes a standard possible.
Give each channel its shape
The listing page wants landscape. Organic social wants vertical. Paid placements often want square. Asking a branch to supply all three, edited by hand, is how the request gets ignored.
A central team can define the template and the brand, then let the people closest to the property upload the media and render the cuts.
Credits sit on the ReHub account
PropertyCuts uses ReHub Credits, the same balance as the rest of the ReHub property tools. There is no separate video subscription to explain to finance before anyone has made a film.
New accounts include 10 credits with no card. Renders spend credits when a video is created. The amounts for one, two and three formats are on the pricing page.

Questions
Can different offices use the same branding?
Yes. Logos, colours and contact details are part of the project and can be reused.
Do we have to produce every video centrally?
No. A central brand with local uploads is the point. The person with the media can render.
Does this cover development campaigns too?
Yes. See the page for developers if the work is show homes and schemes rather than resale listings.
