From photos

Create a property video from the photos you already took.

Most listings are photographed long before anyone talks about video. Those stills can become a proper property video if they are sequenced, captioned and branded, instead of left as a gallery.

Which photos carry a listing video

Start with the shot that explains the property in one glance, usually the front or the main approach. Then the rooms people decide on: kitchen, living space, primary bedroom, and anything that is the reason to book a viewing, such as a garden or a view.

You do not need a shot of every cupboard. A short, clear sequence beats a long tour of similar rooms. Ten strong images will outrun forty near-duplicates.

  • Exterior or approach
  • Kitchen and living space
  • Primary bedroom and a standout feature
  • Floor plan, if you have one

How stills become a video

PropertyCuts places your photos in a property template with the price, beds, baths, location and your branding. Music can sit underneath. A floor plan can appear as part of the story rather than as a file the viewer has to open separately.

This is not a promise that every still will fly around the room. The value is a finished, branded film you can publish. If you later want a still brought to life, ImageMotion in the ReHub ecosystem can animate one before you assemble the cut.

Add a clip only where a photo cannot do the job

A short clip helps when movement is the point: a walk to the door, light across a room, or the approach up a drive. It is optional. Many listing videos are stronger as a tight photo sequence than as a shaky phone tour.

When you do have a clip, it lives in the same project as the stills, so you are not maintaining a photo video and a footage video as two products.

Questions

How many photos do I need?

A handful of clear images is enough to start. Cover the exterior, the main rooms and one standout feature.

Will the photos be cropped badly?

Each format frames the media for that shape. Check the preview before you render, especially for vertical, where a wide exterior can lose the edges.

Can I include the floor plan with the photos?

Yes. Upload it with the stills and it can be part of the video.
